| 摘 要： | 目的:用单侧多功能外固定架治疗肱骨干骨折。方法:43例肱骨干骨折,包括挠神经损伤骨折不愈合,行外固定架治疗,观察疗效,骨折愈合情况。结果:43例病人中38例骨折全部愈合,6例尚在随诊,无严重并发症。结论:外固定架固定符合生物学固定的原则,有利于骨折愈合

| Abstract: | Objective Treatment of the fractures of humeral graft with unilateral multifunction brace immobilization.Method43fractures of humeral shaft including nonunion of injuring radial nerve were treated by brace immobilization to observe the effect and the condition of healing.Results37patients had healed completely and another6insisted on curing and there was no serious complication.Conclusion Using the brace immobilization accords the principle of biological immobilization and it's useful for healing of fractures. |
