医用臭氧局部痛点注射治疗肩周炎的临床观察

目的观察医用臭氧局部痛点注射治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法 80例诊断为肩周炎的患者采用痛点注射疗法,压痛点消毒穿剌,遇骨质后用1%利多卡因2ml局麻,再注射浓度30μg/ml医用O3～O2混合气体2ml。结果 80例患者,治愈69例,占86.25%;显效8例,占10.00%;有效3例,占3.75%;无效0例。所有患者均未发现任何不良反应。结论医用臭氧局部痛点注射治疗肩周炎效果良好,操作简单易行,无任何不良反应,有临床推广的价值。

CLINICAL EFFICIENCY OBSERVATION OF PAIN POINT INJECTION WITH MEDICAL OZONE FOR THE TREATMENT OF SHOULDER PERIARTHRITIS

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of pain point injection with medical ozone for the treatment of shoulder periarthritis.Methods 80 patients diagnosed as shoulder periarthritis were treated with pain point injection therapy：sterilizing and puncturing at tender points,then local anesthetizing with 1% lidocaine 2 ml in touch with bone,and then injecting the concentration of 30μg/ml medical O3~O2 gas mixture 2 ml.Results 69 cases were cured in 80 patients,accounting for 86.25%; markedly in 8 cases,accounting for 10.00%; effective in 3 cases,accounting for 3.75%; invalid 0 case.All the patients were not aware of any adverse reactions.Conclusion The clinical efficiency of pain point injection with medical ozone for the treatment of shoulder periarthritis is perfect.The operation is simple,without any adverse reactions.This therapy has the value of clinical practice.
