| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法：将150例输卵管妊娠患者,随机分为两组。对照组单纯行腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组在手术治疗的基础上联合药物治疗。结果：术后1 d、术后5 d、术后10 d,两组血清β-HCG水平明显低于术前1 d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。术后1 d、术后5 d、术后10 d,观察组血清β-HCG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗输卵管妊娠临床疗效显著,能够降低患者血清β-HCG水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic operation combined with drug in the treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods 150 cases of tubal pregnancy patients,randomly divided into two groups.The control group only underwent laparoscopic operation treatment,the observation group in the operation therapy combined with drug therapy.Results Operation after 1 d, 5 d, 10 d, serum-HCG level of two groups lower than the preoperative 1 d,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）.Operation after1 d. 5 d. 10 d, serum-HCG level of the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation combined with drug treatment of tubal pregnancy, clinical curative effect is good, can lower the levels of β -HCG levels of patients. |
