| 摘 要： | 目的观察泮托拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效及其对患者多项血清因子水平的影响。方法以于本院就诊的58例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组（泮托拉唑联合阿莫西林组）29例和对照组（奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林组）29例,比较两组患者血清TFF2、EGF、IL-2、IL-6、MTL及PYY水平,临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后治疗组血清TFF2、EGF、IL-2水平高于对照组,而血清IL-6、MTL及PYY水平则低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论泮托拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡,对患者多项血清因子的改善作用优于奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical effect and the influence of epantoprazole combining amoxicillin for various serum factors of the patients with gastric ulcer. Methods 59 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group（pantoprazole combining amoxicillin group） 30 cases and control group（omeprazole combining amoxicillin group） 29 cases, then the serum IL-2, IL-6, MTL, PYY, MTL and PYY of the two groups were detected and compared. Results The serum IL-2, TFF2 and EGF of treatment group were higher than those of control group, while the serum IL-6, MTL and PYY were lower than those of control group with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The influence of esomeprazole for various serum factors of the patients with gastric ulcer is bigger than omeprazole, and it is worthy of extensive application. |
