体温调节异常的神经系统损害

摘    要:体温调节异常由体温调节系统功能异常或环境超出调节系统能力所致,其容易导致神经系统损害。体温调节异常分为高体温和低体温两类。高体温还分为热痉挛、热衰竭和热射病三类。由于神经系统对于体温影响非常敏感,因此体温调节异常可导致各种各样的神经系统损害,其临床表现在不同体温时各不相同,轻者仅表现为头痛、乏力,重者可表现为谵妄、昏迷等。本文对高体温、低体温的神经系统损害做一综述,以促进对体温调节异常的神经系统损害的认识。

Abstract:Thermoregulatory abnormalities result from malfunction of thermoregulatory system and conditions that overwhelm the capacity of the system, they could cause nervous system damage easily. Thermoregulatory abnormalities are classified into hyperthermia and hypothermia. Hyperthermia are classified into three categories of heat cramp, heat exhaustion and heat stroke. The nervous system is highly sensitive to the effects of body temperature, so thermoregula-tory abnormalities may produce a variety of nervous system damage, their clinical manifestations are different at differ-ent body temperatures, they range from headache and weakness, to delirium and coma. In this paper, the nervous sys-tem damage of hyperthermia and hypothermia were reviewed to promote understanding of nervous system damage of thermoregulatory abnormalities.
