| 摘 要： | 本文报告原发性高血压伴左室舒张功能不全病人２８例，经卡托普利正规治疗３～６个月后，进行超声心动图观察血压降低对左室舒张功能的影响。结果发现，卡托普利可使血压满意下降，但对左室舒张功能影响极小，从而说明血压的高低与左室舒张功能可能无直接关系。

| Abstract: | We investigated the effect of reduced blood pressure on left Ventricular diastolic function in 28 hypertensive patientswith diastolic dysfunction,using echocardiography 3 to 6 months following Captopril therapy. The results showed a significant reduction in blood pressure in all patients who underwent Captopril therapy. However,no difference was found in isovolumic relaxation time,atrial filling velocitiea or E/A ratio. Our findings suggest that there is no direct relationship between blood pressure and left ventricular diastolic function. |
