骨痛灵软膏安全性实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察骨痛灵软膏对动物产生的急性毒性反应,评价其安全性。方法:通过对家兔皮肤刺激实验、豚鼠皮肤过敏实验及对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤的急性毒性实验进行常规毒理学观察和指标检测。结果:骨痛灵软膏与完整皮肤及破损皮肤每天接触均未发现皮肤出现明显的红斑和水肿反应,刺激指数均小于0.4;骨痛灵软膏和赋形剂均未引起豚鼠皮肤出现红斑、水肿等过敏反应;骨痛灵软膏在小剂量和大剂量外用时对完整皮肤家兔和破损皮肤家兔的行为活动、饮食、皮毛光泽和体重无任何影响,先后观察14d内无家兔死亡,未出现任何急性毒性反应。结论:骨痛灵软膏元明显致毒作用,属安全制剂。

Abstract:Objective To observe the acute toxicity reaction of Gutongling ointment to healthy animal,and evaluate the safety of the drug.Method Through the experiments of stimulating the skin of rabbits,the experiments of allergy of the skin of guinea pig,and the acute toxicity experiments of the intact skin and the damaged skin of rabbits,to do the regular toxicology observation and the check and measure of index.Results ①There were no obvious erythema and edema response after the intact skin and the damaged skin had contact with Gutongling Ointment everyday,the stimulus index were all below 0.4;②Gutongling Ointment and the excipient didn't cause anaphylaxis such as erythema and edema etc on the guinea pig skin;③ When the damaged skin rabbit and the intact skin rabbit were used external Gutongling ointment whether more dosage or little dosage,their behavior,food,skin luster hadn't been influenced.During the domestic rabbit were successively observed 14 days,they didn't appear any acute toxicity responds or death.Conclusion Gutongling ointment doesn't cause obviously toxicity effect,it belongs to the safe preparation.
