2005年天津市市售蔬菜水果有机磷农药残留状况分析

摘    要:目的:为了解天津市市售蔬菜水果有机磷农药残留情况,2005年第1、2季度在天津市随机抽检样品68份,其中蔬菜44份,水果24份.方法:全部样品按照GB/T 5009.20-2003的方法进行检测.结果:国家禁用农药甲拌磷的检出率为5.9%,最大残留量高达31.97 mg/kg.样品不合格率为7.4%,蔬菜、水果的不合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:应加强农药残留监测工作,推广绿色无公害水果蔬菜.

Abstract:Objective:To know the situation of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits on the markets of Tianjin.68 samples of fruit and vegetable were collected randomly in two seasons.There were 44 vegetable samples and 24 fruit samples among them.Methods:All the samples were detected by the method of GB/T 5009.20-2003.Results:5.9% of the vegetable and fruit samples were positive in high toxic organophosphorus pesticide,the most residue reached 31.97 mg/kg.Among the 68 samples,7.4% were unqualified.There was no significant difference between vegetables and fruits(P>0.05).Conclusion:It's necessary to strengthen the surveillance of pesticide residues and spread green nuisance-free vegetables and fruits.
