| 摘 要： | Toll样受体(TLRs)是一种病原相关分子模式识别受体,在机体固有免疫和适应性免疫之间起着重要的桥梁作用。目前已知的人类10个TLRs家族成员中,TLR3,TLR4,TLR7,TLR8,TLR9与病毒感染性疾病如生殖器疱疹、尖锐湿疣、艾滋病等有着极为密切的关系。以TLRs为靶位的抗病毒药物和疫苗的研制,为病毒感染性疾病的治疗和预防开辟了新的天地。

| Abstract: | Toll-like receptors are pathogen-associated transmember receptors,as a bridge between innate immunity and adaptive immunity.Recently,TLR3,TLR4,TLR7,TLR8,TLR9 of ten TLRs are found to be linked to virus,such as genital herpes,condyloma acuminatum,AIDS et al.Thus,the development of antiviral drug and vaccine aimed the TLRs will be promising in the therapy and precaution of viral infection diseases. |
