深圳市新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症发生率监测报告

【目的】　了解深圳市新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症的发生率。　【方法】　活产新生儿出生 72小时 (正常哺乳 )后取足跟血 ,酶联免疫法测定干血片中TSH浓度 ;当TSH >2 0mU /L ,放免法测定血TSH、T3、T4 、FT3、FT4 。　【结果】　我院 980 6例活产新生儿中 ,实际筛查 8786例 ,筛查覆盖率为 90 .0 4 %。 5例确诊为甲低 ,先天性甲状腺功能减低症的发生率为 1/ 175 7,男女性比值为 3:2 ;同期深圳市先天性甲状腺功能减低症的发生率为 1/ 2 6 95 ,筛查覆盖率为 76 .2 3%。　【结论】　需加强新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症的筛查和监测工作 ,早期干预

The Investigation of Neonatal Screening for Congenital Hypotlhyroidism in Shenzhen City.

To investigate the incidence of congenital hypothyroidism by neonatal screening in Shenzhen. The neonates were screened for congenital hypothyroidism 72 hours later by measuring thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) with enzyme linked immunoassy(ELISA).The critical value of TSH was 20mU/L,the diagnose was by measuring TSH,T 3,T 4,FT 3,FT 4 with radio immunoassay(RIA). There was 8 786 neonates screened,the screening rate was 90.04 per cent.Five cases were confirmed to be congenital hypothyroidism.The incidence of congenital hypothyroidism was 1/1 757, with male to female ratio of 1:2.In the same time,the incidence of congenital hypothyroidism in Shenzhen was 1/2 695, the screening rate was 76.23 per cent. Conclusions] The screening for neonatal congenital hypothyroidism should have a close observation,the intervention should be taken early.
