新生儿脐动脉用于血管移植材料的去抗原与抗钙化研究

摘    要:目的探讨新生儿脐动脉用于冠状动脉架桥血管移植材料时去抗原性和抗钙化的较佳处理方式。方法采用目前常规三种去抗原性方法分别处理脐动脉,后采用多聚环氧化合物(EC)行抗钙化处理;检测各种方法处理后血管的去抗原性与抗钙化效果。结果冻干辐照+EC消除血管抗原性满意,但包理实验显示脐动脉钙化现象随时间延长而逐渐加强;戊二醛+EC组血管免疫原性明显减弱,且包理实验显示钙化情况最轻,但血管材料质地变硬,血管管腔减小,管壁增厚,缝合困难并易撕裂;液氮深低温保存60d+EC处理后的脐动脉免疫原性亦明显降低,同时包理实验显示脐动脉钙化现象较轻。结论采用冻干十辐照+EC,液氮深低温+EC,戊二醛+EC等方法处理脐动脉后均可在不同程度上达到去抗原、抗钙化效果,而采用液氮深低温+EC方法处理脐动脉的效果较好,容易实施,且血管可较长时间保存。
