深化教学改革的举措

我校自１９９１年以来，对三个专业２０个班级７０位任课教师的教学质量进行了三次问卷调查，并针对调查中发现教、学、管三方面存在问题，进行系列教改实践。对理论课、实践课及考核方法系统改革，提高教师整体素质，调动学生学习积极性，提高学生分析问题、解决问题和动手能力，大大提高了我校的教学质量。

Furthering the improvement of the teaching the educational reform

This paper is mainly based on a recent survey . carried out by our school authorities of the teaching quality of some 70 teachers who were teaching in three specific fields of studies to 20 class es. It's meant to tell our readers that facts have time and again proved that only through educational re form can we enhance our teachers'academical quality as well as the quality of teaching in our schools as a whole, and can we improve the ability of our students to analyse and solve various kinds of prob lems.
