| 摘 要： | 目的：观察美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 胰岛素外涂对糖尿病皮肤溃疡创面的疗效。方法：借鉴烧伤湿性疗法技术对58例顽固性糖尿病皮肤溃疡创面全程采用MEBO 胰岛素外用治疗。结果：创面逐渐愈合，皮肤光滑柔软，无瘢痕，肤色正常，无功能障碍，未见皮肤过敏现象。疗程2周～2月。结论：湿润烧伤膏 胰岛素外用治疗糖尿病皮肤溃疡，能促进坏死创面上皮生长修复，抑制细菌生长繁殖，加速溃疡面愈合，方法简便，疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in association with insulin for local application in treating skin ulcer of diabetic patients. Method: 58 diabetic patients complicated by skin refractory ulcer were treated locally with MEBO and insulin. Result: The wounds healed gradually after treatment. The skin was smooth and soft after recovery and no scar formed. Skin color was normal. No dysfunc tion and no allergic reaction happened. The treating course was 2 weeks to 2 months. Conclusion: MEBO in association with insulin applied locally for treating skin ulcer of diabetic patients can promote epithelial growth for repairing the necrotic wounds, inhibit bacteria proliferation and accelerate wound healing. It is easy and simple to apply. Its efficacy is very marked. |
