| 摘 要： | 顽固性溃疡性结肠炎（ ulcerative colitis, UC ）指诱导或维持缓僻治疗失败，通常为皮质激素抵抗或依赖的病例（《胃肠病学》，2007）。皮质激素抵抗是指泼尼松龙足量（0．75mg·kg-1·d。）应用4周不缓解者。皮质激素依赖是指泼尼松龙减量至10mg／d即无法控制发作（用药3月不能减至10mg／d以下）或停药后3月复发者。对这些激素依赖或者抵抗的顽固性溃疡性结肠炎，如何寻找有效的治疗方法成为临床研究的难点和重点。

Exploration on Stem Cell Therapy of Refractory Ulcerative Colitis |

| Abstract: | How to find more effective for steroid-resistant and steroid-refractory ulcerative colitis has become the focus and difficulties of clinical practices, the rapid development of stem cell research opens a new path for the treatment. Thanks to the high safety of nonmyeloablative umbilical cord blood transplantation, in-depth study of its mechanism will help to clarify the pathogenesis of such diseases and standardize the therapies. |
