| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨心肌梗死患者血液流变学及全血细胞 2 2项参数的变化。方法 :对 12 1例心肌梗死患者(观察组 )和 85例健康人 (对照组 )进行血液流变学及全血细胞参数检测并进行比较。结果 :观察组血液流变学指标、血红蛋白含量 (HGB)、白细胞计数 (WBC)、红细胞计数 (RBC)、平均血小板体积 (MPV)、血小板分布宽度 (PDW)显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 0 1) ,平均红细胞体积 (MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量 (MCH)、血小板计数(PLT)显著低于对照组 ,而平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度 (MCHC)和红细胞分布宽度 (RDW )与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :血液流变学及全血细胞参数异常可能与心肌梗死的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes of blood rheology and 10 hemocyte parameters in patients with myocardial infarction. Methods:The detection of blood rheology and hemocyte parameters was made in 121 patients with myocardial infarction (observation group) and 85 healthy volunteers (control group) and compared. Results:The values of HGB, MPV, PDW, WBC and RBC were all significantly higher (P<0.05 to 0.01), while MCV, MCH and PLT were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05 to 0.01). MCHC and RDW had no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Abnormalities of blood rheology and hemoctye parameters might be related to occurrence of myocardial infarction. |
