| 摘 要： | 目的 进行大肠直菌和克雷伯属超广谱β－内酰胺酶（ＥＳＢＬ）和耐药指导临床用药。方法 采用Ｖｉｔｅｋ－ＧＮＳ－ＮＴ卡测定，并以ＥｔｅｓｔＥＳＢＬ试条对照，ＥＳＢＬ阳性菌株进行１１种抗生素药敏测定。结果 发现１５．５％大肠埃希杆菌、１４．７％克雷伯菌属ＥＳＢＬ阳性，ＧＮＳ－ＮＴ 与Ｅｔｅｓｔ ＥＳＢＬ试条结果一致产ＥＳＢＬ细菌对庆大霉素、诺氟沙星、氨苄西林全部耐药、对其他抗生经率也很高，对呋喃妥因耐药

| Abstract: | Objective To detect ESBL and drug resistance of E. coli and klebsiella.Method Vitek - GMS - NT was used and compared with Etest FSBL, in Conducting 11 kindsof susceptibility test for ESBL. Results ESBL positive rate was 15. 5 % in E. coli and 14. 7%in Klebsiella. The results of GNS - Ntr and Etest ESBL were consistent. ESBL producing posi-tive bacilli were all resistant to Gentamicin, Norfloxacin and Ampicillin. Rate of tolerance toother antibiotics was very high too and was lowest to Nitrofurantoin (20. 8% ). Conclusion thepositive rate of ESBL producing E. coli and Klebsiella was high (15. 2% ). Crossed resistance ofESBL producing positive bacilli was very serious. |
