羟基磷灰石人工骨充填颌骨空腔性缺损的临床应用

利用羟基磷灰石颗粒人工骨材料修复颌骨囊肿刮治后骨腔，能减少出血，消除死腔，避免开放性填塞及患者不适感，补充骨量损失，促进骨腔愈合，人工骨与新生骨组织整合在一起，修复骨腔。通过对22例病人历时3年的观察，疗效满意。

The clinical application of filling hollow jaw defect with artificial bone made of bydroxyapatite

Using the artificial bone material made of hydroxyapatite granule repaired the jaw bone cavity after performing the curettage of jaw cyst. This method could decrease bleeding,eliminate the dead cavity,avoid the open filling and the patient's discomfort,make up the losing of bone,facilitate the healing of the bone lacuna. The bone cavity could be repaired by integrating the artificial bones with neoformative bones. The curative effects are satisfactory through the observing of 22 cases for three years.
