芪丹煎对动脉粥样硬化家兔内皮素及一氧化氮合酶含量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨复方芪丹煎对动脉粥样硬化(AS)引起的心血管舒缩功能障碍的改善作用。方法将健康雄性新西兰家兔24只,随机分正常组、模型组、实验组和对照组。正常组予普通饮食,其余3组予高脂饮食造模,模型组不予药物处理,实验组和对照组分别予芪丹煎和硝苯地平干预。观察各组家兔血浆、心肌组织的内皮素(ET)含量和血清、心肌组织一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的含量。结果家兔血浆和心肌组织ET含量的变化:模型组明显高于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组明显高于实验组及正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。家兔血清和心肌组织NOS含量的变化:模型组与正常组比较NOS含量明显降低(P<0.01);实验组、对照组与模型组比较NOS含量明显升高(P<0.01);实验组与对照组相比NOS含量明显升高(P<0.01)。结论芪丹煎可能是通过调节ET和NOS的平衡,改善AS所致的心血管舒缩功能障碍,而防治AS引起的心血管疾病。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the improvement effect of Qidan decoction on the cardiovascular diastolic and contractive function disturbance caused by atherosclerosis(AS).Methods 24 healthy New Zealand male rabbits were randomly divided into four groups,normal group,model group,experimentgroup and control group. The rabbits in normal group were fed with conventional forage,however,the others were fed with high lipid forage,at the same time the rabbits in experiment group were fed with Qidan decoction,the rabbits in control group were fed with nifdepine. The contents of endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in serum and myocardial tissue were observed.Results The contents of ET in serum and myocardial tissue in model group were significantly higher than those of the other three groups(P<0.01),which in control group were significantly higher than those of normal group and experiment group (P<0.01).However,the contents of NOS in serum and myocardial tissue in model group were significantly lower than those of normal group(P<0.01);which in experiment group and control group were obviously higher than those of model group(P<0.01);which in experiment group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Qidan decoction could improve cardiovascular diastolic and contractive function disturbance caused by AS by regulate the balance of ET and NOS,as a result,which could prevent the cardiovascular diseases caused by AS.
