格列喹酮分散片与普通片的溶出度比较

目的比较格列喹酮分散片与唐适平的溶出度。方法选择磷酸盐缓冲溶液为溶出介质,转篮法结合紫外分光光度法测定格列喹酮口服片剂的溶出度。结果方法学研究表明线性、精密度以及回收率均符合中国药典规定;格列喹酮分散片与唐适平45 min时的溶出度分别为89%和83%,分散片累积溶出大于70%的时间不超过20 min,而唐适平略长,但两者差异无显著性;5 min时分散片与唐适平的溶出分别为49%和29%,差异有显著性。结论与普通片相比,分散片起始溶出快,提示可进一步发挥格列喹酮药效作用快的特点。

The vitro dissolution comparison between gliquidone dispersible tablets and glurenorm

Aim To compare the vitro dissolution of gliquidone dispersible tablets and glurenorm.Methods Phosphate buffer solution was used as dissolution medium,rotating basket method and UV spectrometry were used.Results The linear,the precision and the recovery of the method all accorded with the standard of ChP.The dissolution of gliquidone dispersible tablet and glurenorm were approximately 89% and 83% in 45 min,49% and 29% in 5 min,respectively.Then the gliquidone tablet were dissolved more than 70%,the dispersible tablet used less than 20 min,glurenorm slightly more than 20 min and there is no significant difference among them.Conclusion As for initial dissolution rate,the dispersible tablet is more quickly than the glurenorm,which is favorable for speeding up absorption of the gliquidone and advance the therapy.
