天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病患者100例疗效观察

目的观察天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者的疗效及生活质量的影响。方法选择肝阳上亢型高血压病人，采用完全随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组100例，对照组105例。治疗组采用天麻钩藤饮，同时口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片5mg，每日1次。对照组采用单纯口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片5mg，每日1次，两组均治疗4周，分别对两组的血压和生活质量进行评价。结果治疗后两组收缩压和舒张压均较治疗前降低（P〈0．05），治疗后的血压值比较，差异性无统计学意义（P〉0．05），说明两者疗效相当。治疗组基本日常生活能力、健康愉快感、躯体症状、工作表现、生活满意度均明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论天麻钩藤饮联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗肝阳上亢型高血压，降压效果明显，改善患者的临床症状，生活质量得到提高。

Observing the effect of the Tian Ma Gnu Teng Yin treating the liver yang hypertensive patients

Objective To observe Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin influencing on liver yang hypertensive patient treatment and quality of their life. Method Hypertensive patients with liver yang, using completely random number table, were divided into treatment group and control group, 100 cases in the treatment group and 105 cases in control group. The treatment group was treated with Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin, who orally administrated amlodipine besylate tablets 5mg, once a day. The control group used a simple oral administration of amlodipine besylate tablets 5mg, once a day. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks, respectively. The blood pressure and quality of life of two groups were evaluated. Results After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures were lower than those before treatment （P〈 0. 05）. After treatment the blood pressure of two groups compared showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）, which explained that the treatment of two groups were the same. After treatment, the basic activities of daily living, a sense of health, physical symptoms, work performance, life satisfaction in the treatment group were significantly improved （P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin combined with antihypertensive has a clear and stable effect, which improve the clinical symptoms and enhance their life.
