| 摘 要： | 结合病案管理流程重组实践，优化病案管理流程，实现病案管理的高效性、实时性及病案示踪。重组后的管理流程提高了病案管理的效率，降低了科室工作人员的劳动强度，缩短了复印病案的等待时间。

| Abstract: | To optimize the whole process of medical records management, and to achieve the high efficiency and real - time management and medical record tracer on the basis of the practice of process reorganization of medical records management. The post - reorganization management process increased efficiency of medical records management, reduced the labor intensity of the staff members, and shortened the waiting time for the copy of records. |
