| 摘 要： | 目的：分析中晚期肝癌TAI＋TAE治疗的临床效果。材料与方法：作者总结分析26例42次中晚期肝癌的TAI＋TAE的疗效，26例中，男性22例，女性4例，年龄35－72岁，结果：26例中晚期肝癌介入治疗后症状与体征均有明显的好转和改善，肿瘤有不同程度的缩小，近期疗效显著。结论：肝癌的治疗方法是在池断地发展，但就目前来讲，综合治疗是发展的方向，介入治疗是主要手段。

| Abstract: | Purpose:Analyzing the clinical effect of TAI TAE therapy of middle and late period carcinoma of liver.Materials and Methods:The authors analysed the clinical effect of 42 times (26 cases) with middle and late period carcinoma of liver.There were 22 males and 4 Females,The age of the patients ranged from 35 to 72 years.Results:The symptoms and signs of 26 cases have been improved obviously after interventional therapy.Tumors had different level of diminution.Short term effects are obvious.Conclusion:The therapy of carcinoma of liver is under continuous development.In present,comprehensive treatment is direction of development,and interventional therapy is the main measure. |
