| 摘 要： | 目的观察脑心通治疗老年心力衰竭的疗效及不良反应.方法将65例老年心力衰竭病人随机分为脑心通组(A组)33例和对照组(B组)32例,服药观察1年.结果两组病人治疗后比较,总有效率A组为96.97%,优于B组的90.63%.A组全血黏度和血浆黏度有明显改善,与B组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).A组治疗后在降低血脂、左室肥厚和室间隔肥厚参数、改善左室舒张功能有明显效果,两组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论脑心通可作为治疗老年心力衰竭的重要辅助用药.

| Abstract: | Objective To studied the efficiency of Naoxingtong for Heart failure in aged patients.Methods Sixty-five patients(pts) were divided into two group randomly.In the A group, 33 pts with heart failure were treated with Naoxintong for 1 year.In the B group, 32 pts were treated as the controls.Results The efficiency rate was 96.97% for A Group and 90.63% for Group B(P<0.05)?The blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were improve significantly in Group A than in Group B(P<0.05).Following the treatment,the lipid concentration reduced and left ventricle diastolic function improved,left ventricle septal thickness decreased in Group A.Naoxingtong, as the supplementary medicine, could be used to treat the heart failure in aged pts. |
