左旋多巴对难治性屈光参差性弱视色觉及视力治疗的效果

摘    要:目的观察左旋多巴对难治性屈光参差性弱视色觉、视力的治疗效果,并探讨其作用机理.方法30例6~17岁的难治性屈光参差性弱视患儿服用思利巴,观察服药前、服药后第1、3月及停药后1个月时的FM-100色调排序的总错误分值与轴向和视力.结果①FM-100色调排序:总错误分值在服药前明显高于正常同龄人,在服药后第1月时有显著性减少,可达到正常同龄人水平,并保持到停药后1个月时;排序的错误轴向主要在黄-蓝区域;总错误分值与视力无关.②视力:服药第1月时视力有显著性提高;服药第3月及停药后1个月时视力没有再度提高.结论弱视患儿的色觉异常,主要表现在黄-蓝区域且与视力无关;左旋多巴能显著改善弱视患儿的色觉,并对提高难治性屈光参差性弱视患儿的视力有一定作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the effects and possible mechanism of levodopa on color perception, visual acuity on difficult-to-treat anisometropic amblyopia. Methods 30 subjects aged from 6 to 17 years administered with Siliba. FM - 100 test, visual acuity were performed before administration, the first and the third month during administration, and the following one month after administration respectively. Results The total FM - 100 test errors of amblyopia were apparently clearly higher than that of normal contemporary, and were reduced significantly, even reaching the normal level in the first month during administration, and the results lasted for one month after administration. The axis of errors was mainly lied in yellow-blue area, and the abnormality of color perception was irrelevant to the visual acuity. After one month's ingestion, visual acuity was improved greatly, but' no further improvements were observed in later months. Conclusion Levodopa was found to be certainly effective on improving color perception and visual acuity with those objects whose color perception of amblyopia was abnormal and the axis of errors was mainly lied in yellow-blue area and the abnormality of color perception was irrelevant to the visual acuity.
