病灶刮除斯氏针固定骨水泥填充治疗髋臼周围转移癌

目的 探讨髋臼周围转移癌的手术治疗方法。方法 自2002年5月～2006年11月，利用病灶刮除斯氏针内固定骨水泥填充治疗髋臼周围转移癌24例。结果 24例患者全部获随访，时间为8个月～3年，平均1．5年。按WHO制定的疗效标准，疼痛完全消失13例，明显缓解5例，部分缓解4例，2例无效，总缓解率91．67％；术后生活质量按Kanofsky评分，显效15例，有效4例，总有效率79．17％。髋关节功能正常。结论 病灶刮除斯氏针内固定骨水泥填充是治疗髋臼周围转移癌的有效方法。

Reconstruction with Steinmann's pin fixation and bone cement filling after Curettage of periacetabular metastastic lesion

Objective To explore a simple method for the reconstruction after the curettage of periacetabular metastastic lesions. Methods From May 2002 through November 2006, 24 cases with periacetabular metastastic lesions were treated with curettage of lesion, Steinmann's pin fixation and bonecement filling. Results A followed up from 6 months to 3 years (1 year 6 mons in average)were obtained inall the 24 cases. According to WHO standard for therapeutic effect of cancer, complete pain relief was achievedin 13 cases, significant relief in 5 cases, partial relief in 4 cases and no relief in 2 cases. The total remissionrate reaches 91.67%. Postoperative quality life was excellent in 15 cases and good in 4 cases according to Kanofsky score. The total effective rate was 79.17%. Twenty-four cases obtained an excellent result with good function of the hip joint. Conclusion Our method is a simple and effective method for periacetabular metastastic lesions.
