慢性肾衰竭与血清同型半膀氨酸的关系探讨

目的:探讨慢性肾衰竭患者中血清同型半胱氨酸(hcy)的浓度变化及意义。方法:从我院肾内科收治的118例慢性肾衰竭患者中随机抽取60例,30例已发生肾衰竭的患者为实验Ⅰ组,余30例肾衰竭前期患者为实验Ⅱ组,选取50例2008年年底在我院进行体检的健康人群作为对照组,测定三组血清同型半胱氨酸水平,并进行比较分析。结果:实验Ⅰ组血清Hcy为(28.98±8.20)μmol/L,实验Ⅱ组血清Hcy为(16.58±5.57)μmol/L,对照组血清Hcy为(7.65±4.82)μmol/L,60例慢性肾衰患者血清Hcy显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且实验Ⅰ组血清Hcy高于实验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),均有统计学意义。结论:慢性肾衰竭患者血清同型半胱氨酸浓度较健康人群有显著增高的趋势。

Relationship Discussion of Chronic Renal Failure with Serum Homocysteine

Objective:To investigate concentration changes and the significance of serum homocysteine in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:To select 60 patients from 118 cases of chronic renal failure patients in renal medicine of our hospital 30 cases of patients with kidney failure has occurred for experimental Ⅰ group,other 30 Patients with early renal failure for experimental Ⅱ group,selected 50 cases of healthy crowd with medical examination in our hospital as control group.To determine serum homocysteine levels of three groups,and analyze the results.Results:In experiment Ⅰ group Hcy level was(28.98±8.20)μmol/L,and(16.58±5.57)μmol/L in experimental Ⅱ group,and(7.65±4.82)μmol/L in control group,serum Hcy in 60 patients with chronic renal failure was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and Hcy of the experimental Ⅰ group was higher than experiment Ⅱgroup(P<0.05),differences had statistical significance.Conclusions:Levels of serum homocysteine concentrations in patients with chronic renal failure have significantly higher trend compaired with healthy people.
