加压带锁髓内钉治疗骨干型浮膝损伤21例

目的：探讨应用加压型带锁髓内钉治疗浮膝损伤的疗效。方法：分析21例浮膝损伤患者资料21例，均于休克纠正和重要脏器损伤治疗完善后，即牵引术后1周行加压型带锁髓内钉（美国Stryker公司提供），同时治疗股骨和胫骨干骨折，术中采用闭合复位穿钉技术。结果：术后随诊平均16人月，根据Karlstrom和Olerud推荐的结果判定标准优良率达90％。结论：加压型带锁髓内钉治疗浮膝损伤，创作小，固定可靠，在不干扰膝关节的条件下，可以早期功能锻炼，恢复关系功能，疗效满意。

Treatment for Floating Knee Injury With Compression Interlocking Nail

Objective: Knee joint is the hinge joint between the end of the femur, the top of the tibia and the back of the patella (kneecap), it is commonly and easily involved in sports injury and traffic trauma. This article is to discuss the therapeutic effectiveness of compression interlocking nail treatment for floating knee injury. Methods: Twenty-one cases with floating knee injury, after being successfully treated for shock and important organ injuries, were operated on and cured with compression interlocking nail techmique, and femoral and tibial fractures were cured by internal fixation technique with steel pin after one week of closed traction reduction. Results: According to the Karlstrom and Olerud classfication system for result, after 16 months following up, excellent results were achieved in 90% patients. Conclusion: Compression intevlocking nail treatment for floating knee injury is of the following safistactory advantages: slight wound, reliable fixation, being able to exercise early and excellent functional recovery of knee joint.
