| 摘 要： | 乳铁蛋白是一种可以结合铁离子的糖基化蛋白,它广泛存在于人体的多种体液和分泌液中,是泪液蛋白中的主要成分之一。它具有抗菌、抗病毒、免疫调节等生理作用,而且它在泪液中的含量还是临床上诊断干眼的重要标准。本文就人乳铁蛋白的生理功能、制备提纯以及泪液中乳铁蛋白的鉴定方法及其在干眼诊断中的重要作用等方面的研究进展加以综述。

| Abstract: | Lactoferrin is an iron-binding glycoprotein which exists in most of body fluids and secretory fluids, and it is one of the main ingredients of proteins in tear. It has antibacterial, antiviral, immunoregulating and other physiological functions, and its content in tear is an important criterion for the clinical diagnosis of dry eye. In this article, the current advances of physiological functions, production, purification of human lactoferrin and its identification in tear in the diagnosis of dry eye were reviewed. |
