临床护理带教现状解析与对策

摘    要:目的分析临床护理带教现状,提高临床教学质量.方法在临床实习结束前,对151名护生以问卷形式测试其对基本护理操作、常见疾病症状及护理原则掌握程度.结果在29项基本护理操作项目中,被认为较好掌握其中10项的有94名护生;较好掌握其中20项的有39名护生;没有人29项全部掌握.掌握常见疾病症状及护理原则的人数不足一半.结论加强护生临床实践特别是加强基本护理技术训练是提高临床教学质量的关键.

Abstract:Objective Analysis of present situation in clinical nursing teaching and improvement of teaching quality.Methods 151nursing students were questioned about the basic theory and skill in nursing .Results 29 students mastered 10 items of training course in all 29 items,while 39 students could master 20 items;however ,no one was able to master all items.Only half people have the knowledge of nursing for the common diseases. Conclusion It is the key increasing of the quality of nursing teaching to improve the clinical basis training.
