红外灸对垂体后叶素致家兔心动过缓和心肌缺血的影响

摘    要:目的 :观察红外灸对垂体后叶素致家兔心动过缓和心肌缺血的影响。方法 :采用自制以 15 μm为辐射中心的特定波段红外灸疗仪对垂体后叶素所致心动过缓和心肌缺血家兔内关和心俞穴施灸。结果 :造模后 2 0min ,红外灸组心率恢复幅度显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,心肌缺血阳性心电改变出现率亦较明显地低于对照组 ,但未达统计学显著性水平。结论 :红外灸对垂体后叶素致心动过缓确有疗效 ,对垂体后叶素致心肌缺血亦有一定的改善作用。

Abstract:Objective:Observation on the effect of infrared moxibustion on bradycardia and myocardial ischemia of rabbit produced by pituitrin.Method:Doing infrared moxibustion with 15μm as the radiating center on PC6(Nei Guan) and BL15(Xin Shu)of rabbit which had bradycardia and myocardial ischemia produced by pituitrin.Result:20 minutes after the model was set,the range of the recovery of heart rate of the group of the infrared moxibustion was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of myocardial ischemia of the group of the infrared moxibustion was also obviously lower than that of control group,but it did not show statistical significance.Conclusion:The infrared moxibustion certainly has the curative effect on bradycardia produced by pituitrin and to a certain degree it can improve myocardial ischemia produced by pituitrin.
