| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病性心肌病(DCM)的超声心动图表现。方法回顾性分析33例DCM患者超声心动图的异常资料。结果33例DCM患者心脏结构呈轻度改变；左室功能减退，舒张功能障碍显著。结论对于DCM的诊断，能够提供直观、简便而可靠的依据，具有临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM) under echocardiongraphy.Methods The data of thirty-three cases of patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy were retrospectively analyzed.Results The morphologic structures of these DCM patients manifested as decreased fuctions of the systolic and diastolic functions,which dastiolic functions were markedly severer.Conclusion Diagnosis by echocardiography of DCM was a reliable and simple method,and was of clinical value. |
