| 摘 要： | 用高中低三个剂量对栀子和水栀子的利胆抗炎作用进行对比研究。结果表明水栀子具有显著促进大鼠胆汁分泌和抑制二甲苯致炎小鼠耳肿胀的作用，即与栀子一样具有利胆抗炎作用，且利胆作用较栀子更强，为水栀子的进一步开发提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | The choleretics and antiinflammatory effects of G.Jasmnoides and G.Jasminoides f.longicarpa were studied and compared at three doses in experimental animals.The results indicated that G.Jasminoides f.longicarpa couldsignificantly increase the biliary secretion in rat and inhibit the edema of mouse's ear induced by xylene,namely,have the choleretics and antiinflammatory effects.Moreover, G.Jasminoides f.longicarpa proved more powerful than C.Jasminoides in choleretics effect.These pharmaco-logical results are helpful in G.Jasminoides f.longicarpa used as crude drug. |
