| 摘 要： | 我国医药行业协会要想充分发挥政府和企业间的桥梁纽带作用,当好政府的“参谋”和“顾问”,在维护成员合法权益及公共事业上发挥服务作用,在行业管理上发挥指导作用,就必须要完全独立于政府,通过立法明确其法律地位,积极创造条件,树立竞争意识,努力争取承担社会职能,拓展医药行业协会的发展空间。在协助国家药品监督管理工作中发挥积极作用。
