Risk Factors of Medication Use in Medical Institutions

The governments and society have paid widely attention to the drug risk. Parts of medical accidents or medical disputes were related to inappropriate medication use. Through introducing the concept and theory of risk management, the risk factors of medication use and countermeasures in medical institutions were discussed. The ultimate purpose is to arouse sufficient attentions from medical personnel and administrators, and to ensure patient safety.
