合肥市社区已婚妇女常见病调查分析

目的 :了解合肥市社区已婚妇女常见病的患病情况及相关的影响因素 ,探讨社区促进妇女生殖健康的措施。方法 :采用国家统一的《妇女常见病发生情况调查问卷》 ,抽取 2个社区的已婚妇女 2 0 0名进行问卷调查 ,妇科检查和实验室检查 ,对有关数据进行统计分析。结果 :合肥市两社区妇女常见病患病率无显著性差异 ,平均患病率为 5 9.5 0 % ,生殖道感染占首位 ,患病率为 5 8.5 0 %。年龄轻者、高中以下文化程度、月人均收入 30 0元以下是生殖道感染发生的危险因素。结论 :加强社区妇女保健服务 ,开展生殖健康教育 ,降低妇女生殖道感染是社区妇女保健工作的重要内容

Investigation of Common Diseases Status of Married Women in Community

In order to understand common diseases status of married women and related influence factors so as to take measures to improve women genital health, 200 married women in two communities were investigated by a national questionnaire and they had gynaecological and laboratory examination. The data were analyzed statistically. The results indicated that there was no significant difference of common disease morbidity in two community women. The average morbidity was 59.5%. Genital infection ranked first, morbidity was 58.5%. Women whose age were younger, education degree blow senior middle school and month income below 300 yuan had higher morbidity. Thus, enhancing health care for women in community and conducting genital health education was important content of community women health care to reduce women genital infection.
