儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤53例临床分析

目的　总结 5 3例儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法　回顾性分析 5 3例儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床症状、病理类型、诊断和治疗。结果　浅表淋巴结肿大为首发症状者 36例。全组误诊率 71 7%。病理类型主要为高度恶性 (31/ 5 3)。全组 5年生存率为 2 2 6 %。结论　儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤为儿童常见肿瘤 ,恶性度高 ,误诊较为常见 ,治疗应以化疗为主配合局部放疗。

Clinical Study on Non- Hodgkin Lymphoma in Children--A Report of 53 Cases

Objective To sum up the clinical characteristics and treatment method,we have studied 53 cases of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in Childhood.Methods Make a retrospective analysis of the clinical symptom, pathology types,and diagnosis and treatment methods.Results The first attack symptom is swelling of surface lymph nodes in 36 cases.There are 38 of 53 cases (71.7%) misdiagnozed.The main pathological type is highly malignancy (31/53).Five-year survive rate is 22.6%.Conclusions Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma is common in children.It has a high degree of perniciousness and a high percentage of misdiagnosis.It should be treated with chemotherapy and partical radiotherapy.
