个体化指导对全髋置换术后早期康复效果影响

目的:研究个体化康复指导对股骨颈骨折行全髋关节置换术后患者早期康复效果的影响,探讨切实有效的康复指导方式。方法:选择股骨颈骨折首次行全髋关节置换术患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行个体化康复指导,对照组给予常规护理和指导,两组就术后开始康复训练的时间、并发症的发生情况、术后3个月康复训练效果进行比较。结果:观察组术后开始康复训练的时间明显短于对照组、术后3个月Harris髋关节评分明显好于对照组、术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:个体化康复指导有利于提高股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后患者早期康复效果。

Effect of Early Rehabilitation of Individualized Guide for Patients after Total Hip Replacement.

Objective:To study the effect of early rehabilitation of individualized rehabilitation guide for patients with femoral neck fracture after total hip replacement to explore practical and effective way for rehabilitation. Methods:Selecting 50 cases of patients treated with femoral neck fracture total hip replacement for the first time,Patients randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group treated with individualized rehabilitation guidance on the basis of conventional care,control group given conventional care and guidance.Compare the beginning of rehabilitation training time after the surgery,the incidence of complications and the effect of rehabilitation training after 3 months within two groups. Results:The beginning of rehabilitation training time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Harris hip score after three months of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized rehabilitation might be conducive to improving the effect of early rehabilitation for patients with the femoral neck fracture after total hip replacement.
