注射用脑蛋白水解物的生物活性测定

摘    要:目的采用生物活性测定法加强控制注射用脑蛋白水解物的质量。方法选用18-20g小鼠,雌雄各半,尾静脉注射注射用脑蛋白水解物93.6mg·kg^-1,给药后30min记录小白鼠断头后的呼吸时间和小白鼠常压耐缺氧时间。结果给药组小鼠显著延长断头后的喘气时间(P〈0.05);给药组小鼠显著延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间(P〈0.05)。结论该法准确,可靠,可用于注射用脑蛋白水解物的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective A bioactivity assay method was established to enhance the qualified control of Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate for Injection. Methods The determination was carried out with qualified mice after 30 minutes administration (dosage, 93.6mg·kg^-1 according to the mice body weight; i.v. vena caudalis), which was recorded its gasp time after the mice head-breaking and bearing hypoxia at normal pressure. Results The gasp time of the MAT (medication administration team) shoud more notable improvement than that of the CG (control group) (P〈0.05) . Conclusions This method was proved to be simple and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate for Injecyion.
