摘    要:北京大学医学部拥有最好的教师和最好的学生,要充分发挥这一优势.根据医学教育专业性强、培养对象是人这一特点,应该着重加强医学基础学科建设,注重人文教育;在教师、研究和教学三方面建立基础医学与临床医学相结合的轨道和工作环境;想方设法将教师的学科优势转化为教学优势和个性化教育,提高教学水平;还要重视并抓好双语教学,使学生终身受益.

Abstract:The pilot accreditation of medical education according to global standards of World Federation for Medical Education had promoted the curriculum reform of clinical medicine in Harbin Medical University.After the curriculum was adjusted,the course structure became more logical,the curriculum system was perfected and there was sufficient practical teaching,which was conducive to improve the quality of medical talents cultivation.
