| 摘 要： | 医学教育标准的推出意味着各医学院校需要对照标准，适时改革医学生人才培养模式，完善人才培养体系。尤其当前健康促进和医学模式的转变对医学生综合能力与素质提出了更高的要求。基于此，我校定位于地方高等医学院校，以改革人才培养模式目标，以能力与素质为核心，构建能力培养与素质教育体系，取得初步成效。
