| 摘 要： | 国家助学政策体系是一项社会福利政策,其政策资源也内在地隐含着教育性质和育人功能。当前国家新助学政策在加强经济资助、引导教育结构优化和人才合理分布的导向功能明确,也存在育人导向缺失的问题。应充分发挥国家助学政策育人导向功能,更好地为贫困学生成长成才服务。

| Abstract: | China's student aid policy system is a kind of social welfare policy.Its policy material also has an inherent instructional nature.The new student aid policy system has an explicit function in promoting financial aid strength,guiding the optimized education structure and reasonable distribution of the talents,but it lacks of instructional orientation.It is important to give full play to instruction orientation function of the new student aid policy system. |
