医学院校青年教师继续教育现况调查分析

为更好开展青年教师继续教育工作，对北京大学医学部180名青年教师进行调查。结果显示青年教师继续教育需求强烈，继续教育动机以提高业务水平和个人素质及知识更新为主，经费和时间缺乏是制约继续教育主要因素。继续教育内容需求以本专业教学科研为主，继续教育方式需求除学术会议、学术讲座外，希望增加国内外考察、访问学者的机会。

Survey on young teachers' continuing education in medical schools

This paper provides an analysis for the future continuing education policies through investigating the present situation of continuing education among young teaching staff.The method used is a questionnaire survey among a sampling group and stratified sampling of 180 staff members below 45 years old.The findings show that the young teaching staff members' demand for continuing education is intense,with a motive to raise professional level,individual quality as well as knowledge renewal.However,there is insu...
