上海市流动人口避孕节育知识干预效果评价

目的 分析避孕节育干预项目对流动人口避孕知识的影响。方法 采用多阶段随机整群方法抽取上海市流动人口,按照工作场所分为干预组和对照组,分析项目干预对研究对象避孕节育知识的影响。结果 基线共调查2001人,干预后随访到有效样本1791人(失访率10.49%);干预组与对照组2次调查总得分差值差异有统计学意义(t=-25.35,P<0.0001),干预组2次调查总得分差值平均35.71分,对照组总得分差值平均-3.05分;婚姻状况、工作场所、在现居住地的居住时间等因素均影响流动人口的避孕知识水平。结论 流动人口避孕节育方法知晓情况不容乐观,干预活动可明显提高研究对象的避孕节育知识。

Evaluation on intervention program on contraceptive knowledge among migrants in Shanghai

Objective To analyze the influence of contraceptive in tervention program on contraceptive knowledge among floating people in Minhang district, Shanghai.Methods Multi-stage cluster random sampling metho was adopted in the study and the subjects were divided into control group and interventional group according to their working place.The subjects were investigated with a questionnaire.Statistical analyses includedX² test and logistic regression analysis.Results A total of 2001 m igrants were surveyed in the base line and 1791 were followed-up in the evaluation survey.The knowledge rate of 9 contraceptive methods in the interventional group was significantly higher than that of in the control group (t=-25.35, P<0.0001).Sex, marital status, working environment, length of residence at present address, and other factors in fluenced the level of contraceptive knowledge.Conclusion The interventional program can obviously improve the level of contraceptive knowledge among migrants.
