4 781份门诊处方用药分析

目的调查医院门诊用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法收集2005年11和12月共8个星期一门诊西药处方,对其临床用药情况进行统计分析。结果处方平均金额为85.23元,使用抗菌药物73.14%,用单—抗菌药物占39.15%,二联占57.51%,三联以上占3.35%,妇产科处方占59.65%。结论本院除儿科处方存在些问题外,其他科室用药均较合理。

Analysis on Drugs of 4 781 Clinic Recipes

Objective To survey the drugs' use in clinic in order to make it reasonable.Methods All the clinic Western medicine recipes of the last two months of 2005 were collected and then the drugs'use was analyzed.Results On the average,one recipe cost 85.23 yuan.Antibiotic drugs accounted for 73.14%.Among the antibiotic recipes,the ones containing one kind of antibiotics accounted for 39.15%,the ones containing two kinds accounted for 57.51%,and the ones containing more than three kinds accounted for 3.35%.The recipes of gynaecology and obstetrics accounted for 59.65%.Conclusion All the hospital's departments use drugs reasonably except paediatric department.
