中药联合环磷酰胺治疗SLE模型鼠的实验研究

目的观察中西医结合治疗SLE模型鼠的疗效。方法80只小鼠随机分为3个实验组和1个对照组,腹腔注射细菌脂多糖(LPS)2.5mg/kg构建SLE模型鼠,3个试验组在造模后24h分别给予中药清热解毒补肾方(B)、环磷酰胺(C)、中药+环磷酰胺(D)灌胃治疗,对照组(A)给予灌胃蒸馏水。15天后观察测定各组动物死亡率、24h尿蛋白含量、肾脏免疫复合物沉积情况。结果D组动物死亡率明显低于其余各组(P分别<0.05,0.01);各治疗组(B,C,D组)动物24h尿蛋白及动物肾小球免疫复合物沉积均明显低于对照组(A组),尤以中西医结合治疗组最为明显(P分别<0.05,0.01)。结论中药清热解毒补肾方及西药环磷酰胺对狼疮样模型小鼠均有良好的治疗作用,而两者联用效果最好。

Therapeutic Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Cyclophosphamide on Murine Lupus Nephritis Models

Objective To study the effects and renoprotective mechanisms of Qingrejiedubushen Recipe on Murine Lupus Nephritis Models.Methods 80 mice were made to murine lupus nephritis models with LPS by intraperitoneal injection.These mice were divided into four groups and were given distilled water,Qingrejiedubushen Recipe,cyclophosphamide,Qingrejiedubushen Recipe plus cyclophosphamide by intragastric administration(1 time per day)for 15 days respectively.Results Compared with control group,the mortality,the content of protein in 24 hours urine,and the deposition status of immune complex in nephritis were remarkably decreased in all treating groups,especially in combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine groups.Conclusion Cyclophosphamide,and Qingrejiedubushen Recipe all have therapeutic effects on Murine Lupus Nephritis Models,and the therapeutic effects of combination of Qingrejiedubushen Recipe and cyclophosphamide are better than others.
