浙江省肿瘤医院2008~2012年中医门诊就诊患者分析

目的]分析浙江省肿瘤医院中医门诊就诊患者情况,为有效地配置医疗资源提供依据。方法]回顾性分析中医门诊数据,对2008~2012年中医门诊就诊患者数据进行分析。结果]2008~2012年中医门诊人次排在前5位的依次为肺恶性肿瘤（19.26%）、乳腺恶性肿瘤（17.03%）、肠恶性肿瘤（10.39%）、胃恶性肿瘤（8.99%）和鼻咽恶性肿瘤（6.96%）;40~69岁年龄段中医门诊人次占76.31%;就诊患者医保占60.25%、自费占39.75%。结论]我院中医门诊人次整体呈逐年上升趋势。就诊患者中肺癌、乳腺癌和肠癌居多。40~69岁中年人、女性及医保患者居多。

An Analysis of Patients in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital,2008~2012

Purpose] To analysis the patients in the traditional Chinese medicine clinic of Zhejiang cancer hospital, in order to provide evidence for allocation of medical resources. Methods] The data of traditional Chinese medicine clinic of Zhejiang cancer hospital in 2008-2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results]The top 5 cancer types of person-times of traditional Chinese medicine clinic in 2008-2012 were lung cancer（19.26%）, breast cancer（17.03%）, colorectal cancer（10.39%）, gastric cancer（8.99%） and nasopharyngeal caneer（6.96%）.The patients at the age of 40-69 years accounted for 76.31%. Medicare and non-medicare patients accounted for 60.25% and 39.75% respectively. Conclusion] Person-times of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic increases year by year. Patients with lung, breast and colorectal cancer and in middle age （40-69 year） ,female and medicare patients are in the majority.
