摘    要:目的:评价2种给药方案治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效和经济性。方法:采用前瞻性、随机对照的临床研究方法,对头孢他啶连续静脉滴注(A组)与头孢他啶-头孢克肟序贯给药(B组)治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎的方案进行最小成本分析。结果:2组临床疗效、细菌清除率及不良反应发生率方面的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但B组抗生素费用及治疗总费用均明显低于A组(P<0.001)。结论:儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎采用头孢他啶-头孢克肟序贯疗法不但安全、有效,而且更加经济、合理。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the curative effects and pharmacoeconics of 2 different dosage schemes for pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis.METHODS: A prospective randomized controlled trial was performed,pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis patients were treated with 2 dosage schemes,scheme A were ceftazidine by continuous intravenous drip and scheme B were ceftazidine and cefixime by sequential therapy,the cost-minimization analysis was performed on 2 schemes.RESULTS: There were no significant differences between 2 schemes in curative effects,bacteria clearance rates and incidences of ADRs(P>0.05),whereas the expenditures in antibiotics and the total treatment cost in scheme B were significantly lower than in scheme A(P<0.001).CONCLUSIONS: Sequential use of ceftazidine and cefixime for pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis is not only safe and effective,but also more economical and reasonable.
