白藜芦醇对裸鼠移植性肝癌的抑制作用

摘    要:目的:探讨白藜芦醇对裸鼠移植性肝癌的抑制作用。方法:利用HepG2细胞裸鼠移植瘤模型,研究白藜芦醇的体内抑瘤作用以及其对移植瘤微血管密度的影响。结果:白藜芦醇治疗组能不同程度抑制裸鼠肝脏移植瘤的生长,Res腹腔注射2周后,50mg/kgRes处理组瘤体显著小于生理盐水(NS)组和0.1%DMSO组且无明显的毒性反应;Res50mg/kg处理组MVD值(18.5±3.2)与对照组的MVD值(44.2±4.1)相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义。结论:Res可抑制人肝癌HepG2裸鼠移植瘤生长,降低移植瘤MVD,从而抑制肝癌的侵袭转移,对裸鼠的主要脏器无明显毒副作用。

The effects of resveratrol on growth and angiogenesis of HepG2 tumor model in vivo

Abstract:Objectives:To investigate the suppressive effects and its possible mechanisms of resveratrol on growth and angiogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 in vivo tumor model.Methods:Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 xenograft model was used to evaluate the antitumor activity of resveratrol and detect MVD in the xenografts of HepG2 xenograft model by immunohistochemistry.Results:The entire 18 HepG2 xenograft model were succeeded,2 weeks after beginning of injection,the tumor size in the resveratrol group was smaller than the other groups,The MVD in the xenografts of HepG2 xenograft model that received resveratrol treatment was 60% less when compared to untreated mice.Conclusions:In vivo HepG2 xenograft model,resveratrol significantly inhibited tumor growth,decreased the MVD of xenograft.The toxicity of resveratrol shows no obviously to the vital organs of mice.
