超声对锁骨下动脉盗血综合征的诊断及临床意义

目的分析锁骨下动脉盗血综合征(SSS)的血液动力学、狭窄程度与临床治疗的关系等问题,评价超声诊断给予临床治疗的价值。方法本组14例患者,均经临床检查、超声诊断及相关实验室检查确诊。其中,7例经DSA检查证实。二维超声常规显示颈动脉、椎动脉、锁骨下动脉及无名动脉的内径及内膜情况,彩色及频谱多普勒检测血流方向及速度。结果14例SSS患者中,10例为左侧锁骨下动脉盗血综合征,3例为右侧锁骨下动脉盗血综合征,1例为双侧锁骨下动脉盗血综合征,其中轻度狭窄者为4例,呈中、重度,狭窄及闭塞者为10例。14例中,9例超声提示进行手术治疗,5例提示保守治疗。结论SSS超声表现具有特征性,能够提供较多的临床治疗方面的信息,为临床治疗方法的选择提供了良好的依据。

Diagnose and Clinical Value of Ultrasound on Subclavian Steal Syndrome

Objective To analyze the relationship between haemodynamics, stegnosis degree and clinical treatment and et al on subclavian steal syndrome （SSS）. To evaluate clinical value of ultrasound. Methods 14 cases of such patients were all diagnosed by clinical examination, ultrasound and laboratory rxamination. Among them, 7 cases were diagnosed by DSA examination. Results 10 cases were left SSS, 3 cases were fight SSS, 1 case was double SSS. Among them, 4 cases were mild stegnosis and 10 cases were moderate or severe stgnosis. 9 cases should be operation and 5 cases should be expectant treatment from ultrasound result. Conclusion The ultrasonic appearance of SSS has mark. It can provide a lot of clinical treatment data and it also provide good evidence for the choice of clinical treatment.
