西咪替丁联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床观察

目的观察西咪替丁联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法将本院46例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各23例，两组均给予常规抗过敏及抗感染治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上，联合西咪替丁、孟鲁司特治疗，2周后观察两组疗效及临床症状改善情况。结果观察组症状改善及治疗显效时间均较对照组缩短，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论西咪替丁联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童过敏性紫癜起效快，改善临床症状，缩短治疗时间，安全性高，不良反应少，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on cimetidine combined montelukast in treatment of children with allergic purpura

Objective To observe clinical effects of cimetidine combined montelukast in the treatment of children with allergic purpura. Results 46 cases of patients with allergic purpura in our hospital were divid- ed into two groups, 23 cases for each group. All patients taking anti-allergy and anti-infection treatment, obser- vation group on the basis of montelukast combined cimetidine treatment observed two groups of children cured, and the improvement of clinical symptoms. Results Observation group symptoms improved and shorten time than the control group were markedly effective treatment, there was statistical significance between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cimetidine combined montelukast in treatment of allergic purpura in children take effect quickly, improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the treatment time, high safety, less adverse reac- tions, worthy of clinical promotion.
